Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lovepop experience, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all products remain in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Place the unused Lovepop product in its original protective sleeve and pack it securely in a sturdy envelope or box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
